Results are not the same for everyone because their lifestyle, and eating habits are different, I recommend a good balanced diet free of junk food, sweets, and sodas and at least do some kind of activity 3-4 times a week doesn't matter as long as you are moving.. like when you go shopping park as far away from the door as possible, and plenty of water, water flushes toxins, shrinks fat cells, lubricates organs, and regenerates oxygen to your red blood cells in turn making you healthier, have a stronger immune system, and you have less health problems.
Your meals should consist of fresh fruits and vegis, and cut meat portions in half,
I count my calories because that's where weight gain happens when u take in more calories than u burn your body stores fat, so i use http://www.myfitnesspal.com/inspire2bemore I usually have between 1200-1500 calories a day no more than that.
As far as workouts if u don't have equipment, or programs u can find many on youtube to exercise to but don't get discouraged if at first u have trouble with the moves if u keep doing the best u can u will get better, there is no easy way to lose weight u have to put in the effort so those are the basics u need for now, start with getting rid of everything listed above take it day by day u will want to give up but u are stronger than that don't listen to that voice then start to add the small workouts in i'll put a link below of some of the workouts i use, also i use it works body wraps, weightloss coffee and tea to help shrink my waist, now skin takes alot longer to tighten back because as we get older and have kids and lose and gain weight over the years our skin has been like a rubberband, It's taken me 4 months but I'm still working on it, it's not gonna happen fast it's gonna happen with everyday long term commitment til you reach that goal and even when you mess up get back up and pick up where you left off. Then once you get your results you are happy with all you have to do is maintain every so often. Now will you keep the results, yes if you maintain what was working for you and got you to your goal, no if you give up and go right back to the bad habits, each day you work a little on the goal eventually you will reach your goal it's a fact we have a choice to make a decision that can affect us later, we do have the choice to say no to it when we see progress it just gets that much easier!
